New 'small arm'

Well little while back I decided to get a new side-arm, use it as a heavier arm then most of my CC weapons.

The FNH FNP45 is a nice feeling weapon, fits the hand well with the changeable back straps.

Mounting a Streamlight TLR-2® with Laser Sight makes it a nice handy bedside package, no more reaching for weapon and light if something goes bump in the night, can just reach and pick up a single package that also happens to have a nice easy to see aiming point is quite handy. On the plus side, the laser sight has the secondary effect of making people rather agreeable when they see it sweep their eyes lining up between their eyes, funny how that works.

ALso works as a primary weapon when carried in my EDC bag (more on that package later)

With 15+1 on tap I can also be fairly certain I can deal with most threats I will find myself against, and with even a single mag for reloads that puts a formidable amount of firepower in a convenient package.
